All orders are shipped during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.

Orders may take up to 5 business days to process depending on the availability of the products.

We only ship within the U.S. with deliveries via UPS.

Please contact us if you would like to opt for rush or overnight deliveries.

Our goal is to ensure that you have a positive experience shopping with us. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us with your order number, name, and specific concerns. We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the items for a return or exchange upon approval by Velvet Curation Co. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

We charge up to 20% restocking fee.

We will notify you once we’ve received, inspected, and approved or denied your return. If approved, the return and exchange process will commence automatically. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post any transactions. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at velvetcurationco@gmail.com.

Due to limited inventory, many of our products may not be available during parts of the year. If a particular item is out of stock, please contact us or send us a DM via Instagram. We will let you know if and when the product becomes available. Please feel free to reach out to us if you are seeking products not found in our store.

We do not have a wholesale program at this time.
